Internal sprinklers need to be checked every 5 years to meet NFPA compliance, with no deficiencies. During the check, AAA Fire Protection technicians will ensure all components are in proper calibration, clear of debris, and that the FDC is also clear of debris. WHAT IS MIC?

MIC is Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion, which is a reaction between bacteria and the fire sprinkler system that causes leaks and premature failure of the piping. It often looks like rust.

HOW DOES AAA FIRE PROTECTION CLEAR OBSTRUCTIONS IN PIPES?

AAA Fire Protection Technicians will flush the pipes with either water or use hydropneumatic removal of obstructed piping.
