Alarm & Sprinkler ITM Technician:
This individual is responsible for managing the Alarm and Sprinkler testing, inspection and maintenance needs of a route of customers. This individual is dual certified in Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler ITM at the local, state and national (when applicable) level.
Fire Extinguisher ITM Technician:
This individual is responsible for managing the Fire Extinguisher and Exit Light testing, inspection and maintenance needs of a route of customers. This individual holds a FEX-1 certificate at the local level.
Alarm Service Technician:
This 01, 02, or 06 electrical license holder or apprentice works within a team of fire alarm specialists to support the Alarm and Sprinkler ITM Technicians through the delivery of deficiency repairs and product upgrades, as well as estimating and delivering solutions to an expanding base of commercial, mixed-use and industrial tenant improvement customers. This individual holds an electrical trade license and is certified in Fire Alarm at the local, state and national (when applicable) level.
Sprinkler Service Technician:
This pipefitter or pipefitter’s apprentice works within a team of experienced service pipefitters to support the Alarm and Sprinkler ITM Technicians through the delivery of Fire Sprinkler deficiency resolution and specialty testing, as well as estimating, permitting and project managing an expanding base of commercial, mixed-use, and industrial tenant improvement customers. This pipefitter holds a trade license and is certified in Fire Sprinkler and apparatus at the local, state and national (when applicable) level.
