Don’t let your sprinkler system fail inspection at a time of crisis. Get experienced technicians to inspect & maintain your system – keeping you safe and maintenance costs down.

Your Protection is Our Priority.

Fire Sprinklers are the primary passive fire suppression equipment in most buildings, each with their own design elements, code enforced maintenance schedules and life expectancies. We make it our responsibility to maintain your systems per the fire code, assist you in anticipating maintenance items and respond to failures with urgency. With AAA maintaining your sprinkler systems, you have one less thing to worry about.

Inspection

Our testing process is thorough and comprehensive. Among other things, we check the integrity of the sprinkler heads, piping, and water supply valves. We’ll make sure your system is working properly, or notify you if it’s due for maintenance. Check with your local jurisdiction to find out when your system requires inspection.

Testing

Most facilities fall under an annual testing requirement. Our process covers everything required by your jurisdiction, including (but not limited to) testing the flow of water through the system and visual inspection of the piping. When you schedule a testing appointment, you can plan on one to two AAA technicians for between one and four hours.

Maintenance

Poor water pressure, obstructed piping, and corroded sprinkler heads are all common reasons your sprinkler system may require maintenance. If you notice any of these issues, it’s time to schedule a maintenance appointment. Maintenance may also be required if additional requirements are imposed by the NPFA, or if annual testing reveals a previously unnoticed deficiency in the system.
