Like any fire safety system, clean agent suppression systems require periodic attention. Your system may need testing every year or more frequently, the results of which need to be filed with your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). Routine maintenance is also advisable, so that your system is ready for a fire at any moment. When you partner with AAA Fire Protection, we take these worries off your plate. Our team of technicians provide testing and inspections for most clean agent systems offered on the market. To ensure a thorough job, inspection appointments take approximately two hours, and you can typically expect two technicians to be on the job. We can refill some clean agent systems with non-proprietary chemicals, however, we do not install clean agent systems.
During the testing process, our technicians will evaluate the connections between the systems’ cylinders, whether the power shuts down power when activated, and other mechanisms of the system. Afterward, we will file your test results with the appropriate local authority.
